You don’t have to feel alone.

Seeking counseling can feel intimidating. I specialize in working with members of the autism and LGBTQ+ communities (I am autistic and queer myself). If you are gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, gender nonconforming, or identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, it’s important that you find someone with lived experience. I delight in partnering with clients who are exploring their identity and working through the human process of self-acceptance and self-love.

If you’re neurodivergent (ADHD, autism, bipolar, OCD, anxiety, etc), you know what it’s like to live in a world that tells you that you’re “different.” I know how hard that can be. If you’re ND (or think you might be), let’s connect. My goal is to help my ND clients learn how their brain works, how to befriend their own brain, and how to find fulfillment.

As your counselor, I will listen without judgment, genuinely care about what you’re going through, and come alongside you as we tackle what you’re facing. You’ve already made the first step by visiting this page. Let’s take the next step together.

Your story is worth telling. Your experiences are real. Your feelings are valid.

I am passionate about walking alongside neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ adults working through understanding their identity and relationships. I believe it is not only powerful and healing, but also essential to have a therapeutic relationship with someone who understands the experience of feeling marginalized, feeling “different” while navigating the world. I identify as queer, nonbinary, and an AuDHDer (autistic and ADHD).

I have worked with various groups, including neurodivergent children, adults, and their families. In sessions with me, you’ll be accepted. I’ll illuminate your neurodivergent strengths. I help neurodivergent folx find sensory coping skills and adaptations that work for them. I specialize in neurodivergence (autism and ADHD), marginalized identities, diversity and advocacy, and queer and genderqueer identities.

I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate life as a neurodivergent, queer individual and I am excited to help you thrive as your unique, authentic self!

I have experience providing online therapy/mental health services in inpatient and outpatient settings. I work with adolescents ages 11 to 17 and adults ages 18 to 65. I provided partial inpatient services to adolescents recovering from eating disorders. In the past I have also provided inpatient services to adults recovering from drug use/addiction. I’ve also worked in various outpatient settings providing mental health support to clients overcoming trauma, depression, anxiety, BPD, PTSD, and OCD.

The LGBTQ+ community is near and dear to my heart. Working with queer clients is a passion of mine. My clinical approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy as I provide an open and nonjudgmental space that focuses on your needs. We will combine evidence-based practices and techniques from the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy models. Together, we will create an environment where you are given the space to be vulnerable and the opportunity to create lasting change. The journey can be difficult, but I am dedicated to working alongside you as you discover a renewed perspective on how to face the challenges of everyday life.
